dude I've been in the same fucking hell for about two years now. its started and never stopped. I totally feel your pain. I can offer no good advise other than hanging on and hoping it changes sometime soon. folks here seem to help by listening and just being here for you. also you can talk to a professional and maybe get on a med and talk to someone that might give you ways to cope.

    Cool

Things that can change or improve your life:

    - Get out of the daily routine
    - Do something you normally will skip but want to do.

Last year I had a shitty issue with my ex, I was going to exploit inside. Then I had this invitation for a BBQ with the members of the board.

Do you know where I live ?

I had not enough money, but I hitchiked my way out of here just to meet some people I never saw in my life. (Just think how I explained that to the immigration officer). But it was FUN.

    Talking

Well, I don't know how much this helps, but you
    are not alone.
There seem to be folks who go through life without any major issues beyond the ones we all have to face as human beings, but other than that, they're basically doing OK.
Then there are others of us (I include myself in this group) who can be going along fine, living our lives, enjoying our kids, wives, girlfriends, pets, collecting hobby etc.. and suddenly get hit with about four hundred and fifty major problems all at once.
I don't know why that is, and please understand that I am not into sitting on the self-pity pot, and am very grateful for the wonderful things I do have in my life.
All I can say is that when you come here, most of the time, it's going to be to enjoy talking about your latest figure haul, but there are some of the greatest people in the world here who'll let you vent, get the crap out, and let you know that they care. All I can offer is the hope that "this too shall pass". I wish you the best with all of this stuff. DP

I feel your pain, man. My wife and I have had some really tough times these last few years, but things are finally starting to look up. Hang in there--things can get better.

Dude in 3 years, I lost my Fiancee becuase of her fucking drug problem, got retrenched from a job that for 2 and half years I worked 14 hours a day for a stupid executive position, lost my house, been down the dips of hell becuase of others stupidity... with it I also suffer of insommia, I even go 4 nights without any rest and still work through the day.

So yeah, I know what you're going through, only advice I can give you is to keep on fighting and buy more toys.

One thing I've learnt of late, is instead of concerstrating your anger on a problem, try to ignore it and do something else that will make you feel better. I know it's hard, but of late it's been helping me.

    Latero...
